40 year old female who was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen after pregnancy. After a rigorous course of diet and exercise, she still wanted to be closer to what she was before kids. She underwent abdominoplasty to tighten both the muscles of her abdomen that got separated during pregnancy and to tighten the skin that became loose. She was in great shape before surgery and looks even better after surgery.
