24 year old female who wanted larger and perkier breasts. She also had a large asymmetry between her two breasts that she wanted to improve. She underwent a staged augmentation mastopexy where I first lifted both breasts to achieve similar contour but did not even out the volume discrepancy. After 6 months, she underwent breast augmentation with Natrelle Inspira SRF implants, 385cc on the right, 415cc on the left. If she wanted smaller implants, we could have done everything at the same time, but since she wanted larger implants, the safest thing was to do it in two separate steps. She was thrilled with her result and had no issues during her healing.
